President and Chief Learning Designer
Gloria Schramm, M.Ed, CPTD
Gloria is an inspiring entrepreneur who built her woman-owned company from the ground up. Before that, she delivered dynamic learning solutions at a large university and led instructional design efforts for custom content projects at a leading-edge technology company.
An early career as a technical writer for software was the catalyst for the jump to instructional design. Gloria is known for being a learner advocate, providing the consistency and clarity of a technical writer with the innovation and interaction of elearning. She has a long history of creating memorable experiences for the learner and helping organizations reach their objectives through effective and diverse learning solutions.
She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida.
Gloria is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).

Kathy Miller
Kathy has a diverse background in banking, financial services, retail, biomedical, and media industries. She has served in executive-level positions in Fortune 100, midsize, startup, privately held and nonprofit organizations. She currently holds a Senior Director position on the Mergers and Acquisitions Operations team of a multibillion-dollar holding company with interests in telecom, automotive, and cleantech sectors.
Kathy is a change-maker who has led multiple organizations to the next level of maturity. Much of her career focused on delivering large-scale transformational programs, including change management, communications, and training solutions. Under Kathy’s leadership, these disciplines have been introduced into large and small organizations, benefiting the immediate initiative and laying a foundation for future successes.
Kathy is certified as a Prosci Change Practitioner.
